A shared place to make sense of work

Your team’s work.
Shared knowledge.

Write together, review the changes, and keep every useful answer connected to its sources.

Harbor Workshop / OnboardingSaved sample r1

A good first week

Welcome to Harbor Workshop. Your first week is a chance to meet the team, understand the work, and find the people who can help.

Request access to the tools you need. Ask your team lead which accounts should be ready before your first project.

At the end of your first week, share what you learned and any questions with your onboarding partner.

Published sample r1 stays unchanged until you publish.

30 days. No card. Verified business email required to start a workspace. Expensive operations have bounded allowances.

The conversation is the beginning.

Bring the source. Make something useful. Review it together. Let the right people and tools use it.

Capture

Keep the original close.

Start from a document, a room, or an authorized chat thread. Retain the evidence behind the useful parts.

Try a sample document →
Review

Agree on the actual words.

Inspect a scoped proposal, compare the change, and apply an exact version. Publication is a separate choice.

Review a scoped change →
Maintain

Make knowledge easy to find.

Connect sources to guides and decisions. Preview a new arrangement before changing the one people already use.

Serve

Give answers the right boundary.

Share published knowledge with people, assistants, and customer apps through explicitly scoped access.

From discussion to decision

Leave with a document
you reviewed.

Talk or type together, confirm the wording, and save the outcome with its evidence. Invited guests stay within the room’s scope.

Conversation → Candidate → Reviewed draft

Each step has its own purpose. A passing remark does not silently rewrite a document.

Calling, captions, and capture

Real rooms use configured audio and transcription providers. Capture consent, destination audience, and retention are visible before participation. The public sample is a text replay and never asks for your microphone.

Bring the outcome into your workspace

A reviewed room outcome can become a linked draft for authorized workspace members. Joining a room does not make a guest a workspace member.

Move between the source and the outcome. The guide can belong to several subjects while staying one document.

Conversion and migration availability

Text, Markdown, text PDF, and DOCX extraction are implemented. Rich Office/PDF conversion and OCR require configured services, bounded processing, and a review of the result. Review extracted content before publication. Migration tools help retain source identity and history; check the result before moving an existing team.

Your knowledge.
The tools your team chooses.

Assistants and applications connect through scoped access. LiveWiki can separately consult approved connected sources when preparing a change.

Assistants & customer apps

Hosted MCP and REST use explicit identities, permissions, published revisions, and customer boundaries.

Developer setup and compatibility

Create a workspace, then open Connections to configure assistant/app profiles or approved evidence sources. Hosted MCP uses OAuth or scoped credentials; upload and read permissions remain distinct. Client setup, compatibility checks, and provider configuration are required.

Useful knowledge needs clear boundaries.

Apply, approve, publish

Working changes, reviewed knowledge, and audience-visible publication are distinct actions with distinct permissions.

Sources can change

Replaced, deleted, or restricted evidence can make a dependent draft ineligible. Review happens against current authorized evidence.

Access follows the person or app

Application guards enforce workspace and customer isolation. A topic filter or technical view does not grant new access.

Keep control of your work

Keep the context of accepted work with revision history, original sources, and exports available to authorized members.

Start small. Keep the whole workflow.

Three plans, with transparent processing limits. Review, basic permissions, revocation, and your own-data export belong in every plan.

Minimum 5 contributors

Business controls and the image workbench, with metered provider operations.

A contributor edits, reviews, approves, or administers. Reading-only members and room guests do not add paid seats.

30-day trial, no card. Verified business email is required. Business software features are available within displayed trial allowances and configured provider availability.

No surprise charge at expiry. The workspace returns to Launch. Content and authorized read/export access remain; excess editing, storage, and costly services have visible restrictions.

Processing, provider setup, and plan changes

Ordinary typing and reading do not consume processing credits. Generation, paid conversion, transcription, and similar expensive operations use bounded allowances. BYOK offsets eligible provider-generation charges; platform processing, transport, and storage still have limits. Exact quotes and current limits appear in the workspace.
